Items to Note:
1. In each package, you will find a piece of rope and a piece of bungee.
We recommend using the rope for most applications, but if you are using more than two inches of overdraw, you should use the bungee.

Step 1 - Bolt the rest to the bow and adjust the launcher for approximate centershot. Stand the launcher up manually to do this.

Step 2 - Serve tightly for approximately one inch on the cable that moves downward when you draw the bow. (See completed installation photo for approximate location.)

After serving, separate the cable below the serving and run the rope (or bungee) through the cable. Melt the end of the rope to create a ball, or tie a knot if you are using the bungee.

Step 3 - Connect the rope (or bungee) to the arrow rest by tying an overhand knot (as is illustrated below).

Step 4 - Time the launcher by adjusting the overhand knot. The launcher should be in the fully up position for the last 1 to 2 and ½ inches of your draw.

Step 5 - Once you timing is correct, cut the rope off ¼ inch from the knot. Fray the end of the rope with your finger, light it on fire and squish the melted end at the edge of the knot. This creates a lump on the end of the rope that cannot be pulled through the knot.

Completed Installation - When installation is complete, your setup should look something like this. Follow the enclosed instructions to silence the rest and install the Molded Arrow Guide.

Notes:
1. Variations of the above-described installation are acceptable. Individual dealers may set the product up differently than described.

2. Once the rest is installed, if you pick up the launcher and let it fall, you will notice an audible clicking sound. It is important to note that since our rest is attached to the buss cable of the bow, the rest is "let down" under tension and does not make the same noise when it is shot. In other words, you must shoot the bow to hear how quiet the rest is.

3. In extremely wet cold conditions, it is possible for ice to accumulate in and around the launcher on your Trophy Taker. As with other moving parts on your bow, you should periodically check the launcher to ensure it is operating correctly. To do this, grasp the launcher and pivot it back and forth. If ice has accumulated, working the launcher back and forth will free the launcher.
